The Vacuum Forming Process

Vacuum forming is one of the most widely used and most reliable ways of creating products out of plastic. Vacuum forming involves heating a high-quality plastic sheet until it is soft and then draping it over a custom-made mould. A vacuum is then applied to the sheet to suck it into this bespoke mould, filling every nook for accuracy. The sheet is then ejected from the mould and your prototype or product is ready.
